I have dedicated my whole career to engaging employees in one way or another . I have a background of 20 years in people roles across talent attraction, retention and development - gaining deep insights in to what motivates people.
With the never ending bad news on the climate crisis - I believe people are becoming more and more motivated to take action, but don’t necessarily know how.
So I created Grasshopper to help make sustainability action in your business, easy, fun and impactful.
All of my talent experience is now focused on building a more sustainable world. I’m passionate about renewable and sustainable living and inspiring long term behaviour change.
I have qualified in Business Sustainability Management from University of Cambridge CISL, studied the circular economy, built sustainability reports, delivered green champion workshops, ran engagement webinars and hired planet-loving people within the sustainability industry.
With Grasshopper Talent, I help companies solve their people problems.

Grasshopper Talent declares that there is a climate, ecological and social emergency, and we are part of the Business Declares movement to support climate action.
Our commitment is to set a net-zero target, mitigating any Scope 1 2 & 3 impacts of our business, by implementing a strategy to achieve this net-zero as by 2030.
We recognise the biodiversity/ecological crisis and will address it as part of our broader action. We will create, publish, and implement a Climate Action Plan that explains the actions we will take toward achieving net-zero targets and biodiversity improvements and will publish progress annually.
Grasshopper Talent will support Business Declares' advocacy efforts, engage with the network, collaborate and accelerate action, while continuing to highlight the challenges and uncomfortable truths.
